I think these are old Weatherhead rings. Please make sure they will work for you. They are 5″ outside diameter and 3-15/16″ inside diameter, and there are some burrs on the inside. This listing is for all 4 rings. Each ring has a “notch” on the OD, and the markings are as follows:
2 notches: 4 2-wire
3 notches: 6-8 2-wire
4 notches: 12 2-wire
5 notches: 16 2-wire
