Blackhawk CT-1314 prick punch chisel. Prick punches are like a center punch, but with a sharper point.This is a heavy duty, alloy steel chisel.It is new but unpackaged. The black spots in the letters is some kind of preservative that was not completely cleaned off, it is not damage or peeling chrome.
