Return Policy

We appreciate the opportunity to serve you. Returned goods are a costly business transaction regardless of cause and effect. We make every effort to get things right but also recognize there are rare instances when we make mistakes. When we do, you need to know that we are sorry, and that we review all errors for process improvements in our operation.

Except as otherwise described below, if you are not satisfied for any reason, products may be returned within 30 days of shipment for credit or exchange.

How to Make a Return

Log in to your account, visit your  Orders, and click “Return Items” next to the order. We’ll email you a printable shipping label and a return authorization (RA) number right away. The return will be noted in your account so you can track it.

Include a copy of the original order confirmation email with your return or some other documentation so we will know who the item came from.   When you make your return, you’ll need to note whether you are requesting credit or exchange (if we have a replacement available).

 Returned items must be in the original product packaging (if any) they shipped in, and must include all original pieces, manuals, etc..

For the item to arrive safely, please use the same shipping materials and method of packing we used to ship the item to you.  If re-using original shipping materials is not possible, please use materials and methods like what we originally used to ensure a safe shipment back.

Credit and Refunds

The cost for shipping the item back will be deducted from your refund.  We do not charge a restocking fee unless there is some exceptional situation (e.g., it was shipped back missing parts, used, abused, etc.).  The item must come back to us in substantially the same condition it was shipped to you.  If the reason for the return is a mistake we made, you will not be charged for the return shipping and you will be issued a full refund.

Non-Refundable Items

Sometimes products may be non-refundable. If you order a non-refundable product, we will contact you prior to fulfilling your order, advise you of the refund restrictions, and offer you the option to cancel your order.

Terms of Return Sale

Returns are subject to the following Terms and Conditions:

  1. By acceptance of the Return Goods Authorization and shipment of an authorized return Buyer unconditionally acknowledges and agrees to these Terms of Return Sale, including the applicable restock fees and shipping methods stated.
  2. Buyer unconditionally acknowledges and agrees that until such goods are received, inspected, and accounted for at our location that no credit or refund can be granted.
  3. Returned goods must arrive by the Arrival Date on the Return Goods Authorization, as evidenced by the carrier’s tracking number
  4. Buyer must ship goods in containers suitable for transport such that the goods are received free of damage in transit. All risk in transit is upon the Buyer and Buyer should insure all shipments.  Return shipping labels sent will include this insurance.
  5. Buyer shall place a facsimile or photocopy of the Return Goods Authorization or some other documentation that will allow us to determine who the returned item came from and what account should be credited or refunded.
  6. All returned goods must have been originally purchased from Big Texas Yard Sale, and not tampered or altered in any way.
  7. All goods must be received in substantially the same condition as when shipped, with original packaging (where applicable), and in good and resalable condition. Should the returned items not arrive in said condition and/or with appropriate documentation, the terms of the return shall be adjusted at the sole discretion of Big Texas Yard Sale.

Failure to adhere to the Terms of Return Sale render the return null and void, with no further obligation from Big Texas Yard Sale.

These Terms of Return Sale constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the contemplated return described in the Return Goods Authorization. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance to the laws of the State of Texas.
