The one on the left is a 3″ OD disc with hook & loop backing, no speed rating, but it can’t be too high as its hook & loop. The one on the right is a 4″ hard rubber disc rated for 12,500 RPM with a recessed center. Both discs have 7/16″-14 threaded arbors.
