Belleone #25 Roller Chain breaker includes a replacement pin driver. Always use a grinder to grind the chain rivet flat before using the breaker tool to push the pin through. If you just push the pin through without grinding you tear up the precision bearing surface in the roller link and risk a catastrophic failer. New, but no packaging, not cosmetically perfect.
